Mastering Therapy was started because I knew people were going amazing work but we weren't always talking honestly about the slightly unhinged parts of therapy that don’t necessarily fit neatly into a model.
It began as a podcast, but it quickly became about helping clinicians think more clearly, find their own style, and stop trying to become the 'perfect' version of a therapist they think they’re supposed to be.

The podcast grew, and I began speaking more publically about therapy, supervision, AI, social media, confidence, and the realities of being a therapist in private practice.
In July 2025, I launched Supervisor Platform, after noticing how difficult it can be to find the right supervisor, especially if you’re looking for someone with a particular approach, specialism, or way of thinking.

Now Mastering Therapy is becoming a wider space for clinicians who want to keep developing, question their own practice, and build a way of working that feels more like them.
It’s for therapists who want to do good clinical work, but also think beyond one-to-one therapy, whether that’s through speaking, writing, teaching, creating, building, or sharing their ideas more publicly.
If that's you, you’re in the right place.

There are various options for us to work together, including regular webinars I run on the bits you aren't taught on training. I'd love to hear from you
